The Hub Building, once a popular department store in
Coos Bay, had fallen into a state of disrepair.
After placing the building on the National Register, Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. remodeled the entire building converting its use to retail and offices on the first floor and professional offices on the second and third floors. The building is completely leased and has created a new vibrant “hub” in the downtown area of Coos Bay.
