North Bend School District Remodel and Maintenance Work

Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. has worked with the North Bend School District since 1992 and has had ongoing projects that involving all types of remodel and maintenance work.

The North Bend School District serves approximately 2,144 students with 2 elementary schools, one high school and one middle school.  In 2000,  citizens passed a $12,000,000 bond measure to modernize existing facilities and build new facilities for Computer Sciences, Physical Sciences and the High School Library.

Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. completed all the bond measure projects with funds left over to complete many lower priority projects that were not initially scheduled for completion with bond monies.

The projects were scheduled and prioritized to be completed over three years during the summer break periods.  Work was completed on time which allowed resumption for the normal class schedules each year.

Additions were completed at several of the District’s schools – high school library, middle school science and special education classrooms, and Hillcrest Elementary classrooms.  The balance of the remodeled work involved mechanical, electrical and technology system upgrades and remodeling of the office areas at each of the schools.
